Soracom Cloud Camera Services will undergo maintenance according to the following schedule.
During the maintenance period, cloud recordings (including event detection) will be unavailable for up to several minutes. After the maintenance is completed, services such as cloud recordings should automatically resume. If normal operation does not resume, please briefly turn off the power to the cameras used with Soracom Cloud Camera Service, then turn it on again.

Impact As mentioned above, the following effects may occur for up to several minutes.
- cloud recordings will be unavailable (*1) - functionality of Soracom Cloud Camera Service will not be available from the ATOM App (*2)(*3)
*1. It is possible to retrieve recorded data already stored in the cloud. However, data from the time period when cloud saving is unavailable cannot be retrieved from the SORACOM user console or via the SORACOM API. *2. Operations that may be affected by this maintenance include power on/off, reboot, firmware update, and allocation of cloud recordings license. *3. Live video (P2P: Peer-to-Peer) viewing from the ATOM App is available.
