We observed an elevated rate of connection failures affecting SORACOM LTE-M Button powered by AWS (Japan Coverage), beginning on 2021-03-02 at 20:15 UTC. The service issue, which was preventing transmission of data from affected devices, has been resolved, as of 10:10 UTC. The service is now operating normally. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
