Data transmission failure issue affecting SORACOM Funnel (using SensorCorpus Partner Hosted Adapter)

日本時間 2023-04-28 10:00 頃から 2023-05-11 21:40 までの間、グローバルカバレッジの SORACOM Funnel において SensorCorpus の Partner Hosted Adapter を利用したデータ転送に不具合があり、データ転送の遅延、および転送失敗に伴うデータの欠損が発生しておりました。
現在、本事象は解消しておりますが、上記期間に送信され転送に失敗したデータは再送信されません。

There was a problem with data transfer by SORACOM Funnel using the Partner Hosted Adapter of SensorCorpus in Global coverage, causing delays in data transfer and data loss due to transfer failures between 2023-04-28 01:00 UTC and 2023-05-11 12:40 UTC.
This issue has now been resolved, but data that was sent during the above period but failed to be transferred will not be sent again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.
