Between 2023-03-29 05:19 (UTC) and 2023-03-29 06:47 (UTC), we observed the following issues with Soracom Cloud Camera Services.
- [ATOM App] The cloud recordings could not be played back - [ATOM App] Unable to assign/de-assign always-on recording license - [SORACOM User Console / SoraCam API] Video and images cannot be exported, unable to fetch streaming - [SORACOM User Console] Unable to view a list of images taken.
The recording process continued to run normally during the above problem and no loss of recorded data has been confirmed. The service has now recovered and is operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
